HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All orders are shipped within 3 business days. Once dispatched, UK orders will arrive within 2-4 days and 3-17 days for international orders. See our shipping policy here

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Please check the dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number to see the progress of your order. 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ORDER?

All returns must be shipped within 14 days of item being received. See our return policy here

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

Unfortunately sale items are non-refundable.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We unfortunately cannot cancel orders. To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we will start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct, we may not be able to edit the orders before they're shipped out. 

EDITING ORDERS: We may not be able to make changes to your order after it is confirmed as our team will have already started processing your order, please make sure the items added are correct and in the correct sizes.
